Giants 'Dominate' Washington in Win (45 to 14)

By Eeeeeeeeegs

Peter to dad..."Dad, two weeks ago you said this was the worst team in the NFL."

"Yes son, I did say that."

We have a lot of balance on offense.  The OL has come a long way in a short time.  TE production (in the absence of Jerrel Jernigan, Odell Beckham Junior and others) is impressive.  Parker is being relied upon, as has always been the case with the 3rd & 4th option with Manning at the helm.

Manning's timing and accuracy on some of those throws was superb.  Look at all 3 of Donnell's TDs.  As well as some of those back shoulder throws to Randle...  And, twice Eli dropped it in the bucket to Randle.

Defensively, the DL is really over matching guys.  On the run and the pass.  Kiwanuka is playing like he's 24 years old.  Jenkins, Hankins, even Kuhn are really showing up...moving to whatever spot they want.

Coverage is superb (with the exception of a couple of breakdowns by Demps and Herzlich).  And the DBs are making plays on the ball...not dropping them.  Also, as ill-advised as some of the INT return course changes were...these guys have a killer instinct about them.  They want to take it to the house and we can't complain about that.

Finally, the targeting call and the Randle TD turned INT were calls that could have sapped our morale (much like the fake punt, Donnell fumble and botched FG snap early last week).  But we just stepped up and made big plays to reverse the momentum right back in our favour each time.

Cousins made some bad throws...no question.  But we capitalized.  Big time.

We dominated that game.
