Giants Continue Pattern of Self-Inflicted Wounds...

We all started out this season with high hopes.  Sure JPP had his had blown off on July 4th, but there was still a lot to feel positive about.

Not that we needed to be told this, however but it quickly became clear that the NY Giants have fallen out of favor with the football gods. (Eeeeeeeeg’s example here.)

Looking back, one can’t help feeling like throwing up, and at the same time like they had been hit by a car.
Now, as we all know, DT Jay Bromley has reenacted the entire season in a single night of exceptional poor and possibly criminal behavior this past weekend.

I went to Web MD to see what lasting effects the 26 year old woman who met Bromley –once a crack baby--at a hotel room might feel and  found,
“…some victims find that emotional scars never go away.” [emphasis added]

Web MD had it exactly right.  We all have scars that might never go away.  This year the NFC East title was in our grasp--wrapped up with a pretty bow--and we shot ourselves in the leg.

How can we ever trust the NY Giants again? When will the self inflicted wounds come to an end?
